Blackened Crab Claws
  1. Light your charcoal in the KUDU and let them burn to embers with a layer of white ash.
  2. Sprinkle the blue crab claws with olive oil and add a generous amount of blackened seasoning.
  3. Adjust your cast iron skillet height over the embers at medium heat (approx. 400 degrees).
  4. Move your KUDU cast iron to that height and let it heat up for 5 minutes.
  5. Add a generous spoonful of butter and spread it evenly around the cast iron.
  6. Add your crab claws, stirring occasionally until the seasoning has created a nice layer on the crab claws.
  7. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
  8. Remove and serve.
