Shipping & Returns

Shipments are sent by UPS or FedEx.  Expedited shipping is available with an extra charge. All orders must ship to physical addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes.  

We ship outside the continental United States at additional charges. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available at an additional charge. Please call 1-800-570-5209 or email support@kudugrills.com if you are outside the continental US, and we will work out shipping.  We will be happy to help you with your order. 

We will contact you, as the customer, via your email, text, or call in case the product you ordered is on backorder and will be delayed. If you have other items on your order that are not on backorder we may ship items separately, backordering the unavailable items at your request. With extended delays, we reserve the right to the cancel the order. 

Packages returned to KUDU Grills by U.S. Postal Service, United Parcel Service, FedEx, or DHL and marked as "Unclaimed," "Return to Sender," "Attempted Unknown," "Refused," or "Invalid Street Address" will be credited back to the customer's credit card, less the shipping and handling fees and a 25% restocking fee. We do not keep credit card numbers on file so please ensure that you provide a valid phone number to receive a credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

You have 30- calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. If a product is defective it may be returned in a used state. We offer an extended 30 days (60 day total) return and refund window for items purchased in November and December too allow time for items being held as gifts. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. It may take up to 5 business days to process refunds. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If a product is defective, you will be reimbursed for any shipping costs incurred to you.

Price Match Guarantee

We will honor any sale price on sales from our website for purchased made within 30 calendar days of the effective date of the sale. If you have made a purchase and an item goes on sale within 30 calendar days you may be refunded the difference in price by filling out a contact us form or you can call us at 1-800-570-5209. This Price Match Guarantee is only available for orders made on www.kudugrills.com and only for sales listed on www.kudugrills.com. Third party, marketplace or dealer sales or prices will not be honored under this guarantee. Additional terms and restrictions may apply.
