 1 egg lightly beaten
 1 15 oz carton ricotta cheese
 1 tbsp fresh minced parsley
 olive oil
 1 lb. ground beef minced
 1 medium red onion diced
 3 cloves garlic minced
 ½ cup of beef stock and water
  tsp 2-3 dashes chili flakes
 3248 oz marinara sauce
 1 pack no-boil lasagne sheet pasta
 2 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
 1 cup grated parmesan
 fresh basil roughly chopped
 salt and pepper to taste

Light the KUDU.

Gather your ingredients.

Place the KUDU Dutch Oven over prepared coals or the KUDU Dutch Oven Hanger.

In a large bowl, add the lightly beaten egg, ricotta cheese, and parsley. Lightly beat to combine and set aside.

When the KUDU Dutch Oven has reached medium-high heat, add a swig of olive oil and start browning the minced ground beef. Once browned, transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Add another swig of olive oil to the KUDU Dutch Oven and sauté the diced onions until browned. Add the minced garlic and let them marinade into the onions for 1 minute.

Add in the beef stock and ½ of water, chili flakes, marinara sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Once the flavors have combined, add the mixture to the meat and mix.

Place the KUDU Dutch Oven on low heat.

Layer 1: Layer the marinara meat mixture onto the bottom of the pot.

Layer 2: Cover the sauce with a layer of the no-boil lasagne sheet pasta. *Break the sheets to fit.

Layer 3: Add in spoonfuls of the ricotta and egg mixture over the marinara mixture.

Layer 4: Add some mozzarella and grated Parmesan.

Repeat the layers three more times.

Cook on low for 30-40 minutes to blend the flavors, cook the lasagne pasta sheets and melt the cheese.

Remove the lasagne from the heat.

Top fresh basil, serve & enjoy!
