Tangy Grilled Broccolini
  1. Preheat the KUDU to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccolini, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper, and squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
  3. Use your hands to toss everything together until the broccolini is well coated.
  4. Grill the broccolini, turning it often while squeezing over the remaining half lemon. Grill until the stalks are tender-crisp and the tops are browned and caramelized.
  5. Before serving, you can top the cooked broccolini with red pepper flakes and/or some shaved parmesan.
