Cut 4 sheets of foil. *Ensure each foil piece can completely cover and seal each surf 'n' turf parcel.
Divide steak cubes, shrimp, corn, tomatoes, onion, lime, and garlic between each foil pack.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Old Bay, fresh thyme, cumin, and black pepper.
Fold each foil pack crosswise over to completely cover the food. Roll the top and bottom edges to seal.
Place foil packs over medium heat on the grill. Cook until the shrimp is
cooked, and the steak is finished to your liking, about 6 to 8 minutes
per side.
Garnish with parsley and serve with lime wedges.
