Coal roasted oysters
  1. Light your charcoal in the KUDU and let it burn for 10-15 minutes. Once the charcoal is white-hot, maneuver the charcoal into one wide flat pile.
  2. Shuck the oysters and set them aside over ice until ready to grill.
  3. Adjust your KUDU Cast Iron Pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Add parsley (save a little for garnish), parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, sea salt, and a dash (or more) of hot sauce. Let sizzle until fully melted and mixed. Once done, swing the skillet off the heat.
  4. Using a spoon, add the butter sauce inside the already shucked oysters until they are close to being full.
  5. Place the oysters onto the white-hot coals and cook for 3-4 minutes. Use protective gloves or a BBQ tong as the shells will be very hot. Be careful of flare-ups as well!
  6. Pull oysters off and let cool for two minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese.
  8. Serve and enjoy
