Spicy grilled corn on the cob
- Light your charcoal in the KUDU and let them burn to embers with a layer of white ash.
- Adjust your grill grate height over the embers at medium heat (approx. 400 degrees).
- In a small bowl stir together melted unsalted butter, kosher salt, chili powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, and pepper. Brush mixture evenly over fresh corn ears.
- Place the corn on grill grate, uncovered. Cook until tender and lightly charred, (about 10 to 12 minutes), turning often.
- Sprinkle corn evenly with finely chopped fresh chives.
- Serve and enjoy!
