In a large bowl, add the lightly beaten egg, ricotta cheese, and parsley. Lightly beat to combine and set aside.
When the KUDU Dutch Oven has reached medium-high heat, add a swig of olive oil and start browning the minced ground beef. Once browned, transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Add another swig of olive oil to the KUDU Dutch Oven and sauté the diced onions until browned. Add the minced garlic and let them marinade into the onions for 1 minute.
Add in the beef stock and ½ of water, chili flakes, marinara sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Once the flavors have combined, add the mixture to the meat and mix.
