Breakfast Bagel
  1. Light your KUDU.
  2. Gather ingredients.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Set aside.
  4. Adjust your KUDU Cast Iron Pan to medium heat and add butter to fry.
  5. Once the butter has heated, add in the bacon. Fry until golden brown and crispy. Set aside on the grill grate so excess butter and fat can drip off - preferably onto your soon-to-be-cooked scrambled eggs.
  6. In the same KUDU Cast Iron Pan, add the egg mixture. Fold and stir the eggs while cooking to ensure fluffy, evenly cooked scrambled eggs.
  7. While your eggs cook, butter both halves of your bagel and place it in the KUDU Cast Iron Pan next to your eggs to lightly toast.
  8. Once the cooking is complete, you can start assembling your bagel. Top the bottom half of your bagel with scrambled eggs, followed by cheese, bacon, and the top half of your bagel bun.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
