 2 ½ tbsp melted unsalted butter
 1 tsp kosher salt
 ½ tsp chili powder
 ½ tsp smoked paprika
 ½ tsp ground cumin

 6 medium fresh corn ears
 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives

Light your charcoal in the KUDU and let them burn to embers with a layer of white ash.

Adjust your grill grate height over the embers at medium heat (approx. 400 degrees).

In a small bowl stir together melted unsalted butter, kosher salt, chili powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, and pepper. Brush mixture evenly over fresh corn ears.

Place the corn on grill grate, uncovered. Cook until tender and lightly charred, (about 10 to 12 minutes), turning often.

Sprinkle corn evenly with finely chopped fresh chives.
