Get a bed of coals started in the KUDU for the perfect heat for pizza on the grill.

Place the cast iron pan over medium heat (approx 450 degrees). Add/stir the chopped red onions, garlic and butter.

Add balsamic vinaigrette and champagne vinegar.

Start the dough over the fire by itself on the grill grate.

Once the bottom side has browned flip it over.

Add sauce.

Add arugula, mozzarella, blue cheese and goat cheese.

Sear beef in cast iron pan. Slice and add to pizza on the grill for final topping.
