Grilled Colossal Shrimp with Stuffed Crab Cakes

 6 Colossal Shrimp (shells on)
 4 Crab Cakes (pre-cooked)
 Olive Oil

Light your charcoal in the KUDU and let them burn to embers with a layer of white ash.

While charcoal preps, pull shrimp out of the shell leaving just the meat and tail secured.

Rest the shrimp meat on top of the shell.

Place pre-cooked crab cakes in a bowl.

Drizzle olive oil on shrimp and crab cakes.

Place your grill grate over the embers at medium heat. Add shrimp onto grill grate.

Rotate your shrimp on all sides and top until sufficiently cooked with light grill marks.

Place the shrimp shell side down and stuff the top of the shrimp with the crab cake until warm.

Remove and serve.
