1/2 a dozen fresh oysters, shucked
 3 tbsp butter
¼ cup of parsley, finely chopped
 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
 1 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp black pepper
 1 tsp sea salt
 Dash of hot sauce
 Ice
1

Light your charcoal in the KUDU and let it burn for 10-15 minutes. Once the charcoal is white-hot, maneuver the charcoal into one wide flat pile.

2

Shuck the oysters and set them aside over ice until ready to grill.

3

Adjust your KUDU Cast Iron Pan over medium heat and melt the butter. Add parsley (save a little for garnish), parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, sea salt, and a dash (or more) of hot sauce. Let sizzle until fully melted and mixed. Once done, swing the skillet off the heat.

4

Using a spoon, add the butter sauce inside the already shucked oysters until they are close to being full.

5

Place the oysters onto the white-hot coals and cook for 3-4 minutes. Use protective gloves or a BBQ tong as the shells will be very hot. Be careful of flare-ups as well!

6

Pull oysters off and let cool for two minutes.

7

Garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese.

8

Serve and enjoy
