KUDU Chicken Pot Pie

 1 Rotisserie Chicken
 3 Bags of frozen vegetables
 Frozen puff pastry
 2 Cans Cream of Chicken
 Minced garlic
 Olive Oil
 Butter
 Salt and Pepper

Get a bed of coals started in the KUDU. When baking outdoors, you will need more coals at first and then just a little bit to simmer the ingredients in the potjie (dutch oven) and finish the puff pastry.

Pull the meat off the rotisserie chicken and chop it up.

Throw 3 bags of frozen vegetables into the cast iron skillet and cook until almost done, mixing in butter, garlic, salt & pepper.

Pour both the vegetables and chicken into the KUDU Potjie (dutch oven).

Pour in cans of Cream of Chicken. Mix thoroughly.

Let all the ingredients come together, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes.

Lay the puff pastry on top and put on an egg wash.

Cover the potjie with a lid and putt charcoal on top to bake the puff pastry. The best way you can be baking outdoors!

Once the puff pastry is golden brown, cut into squares. Remove and serve.
